# Mint Snowflake Hooded Coat Free Crochet Pattern
Mint with snowflakes — a magical hooded coat for little ones! This children’s coat is cozy mint green with white snowflake appliques scattered over it, plus a roomy hood for chilly days. It’s the coat that makes winter feel like a fairy tale.
The coat is worked top-down in one piece with the hood picked up afterward, and the snowflakes are simple motifs sewn on. Warm, adorable, and surprisingly straightforward.

Fresh mint with crisp white snowflakes — like a winter morning. Warm worsted-weight yarn for a coat that actually keeps them cozy.

Sophie’s Tips
- The snowflakes look best scattered asymmetrically — resist the urge to line them up.
- Make the hood roomy; it should fit over a hat on the coldest days.
- Add a white pompom to the hood tip for extra magic.
Let it snow — this coat is pure winter magic!
