# Black White Cow Print Crochet Joggers Pattern
Moo-ve over, boring loungewear! These black and white cow print crochet joggers are the most fun you’ll ever have in loungewear. The cow spots are created with simple color changes in single crochet — no intarsia, just carrying the yarn and switching colors for organic spot shapes. They’re cozy, they’re hilarious, and they’re surprisingly chic.
A drawstring waist, cuffed ankles, and the best print in the barnyard. Perfect for lazy days, funny gifts, and anyone who doesn’t take loungewear too seriously.

Black spots on white — udderly adorable. Soft acrylic for the coziest joggers ever.
What You’ll Need
- Worsted-weight soft acrylic yarn in white (approx. 600 yards) and black (approx. 200 yards)
- Size H-8 (5.0 mm) crochet hook
- Tapestry needle
- Drawstring cord or ribbon (approx. 40 inches)
Finished size:
- Adult S–M: waist 28–32 inches (drawstring), inseam 28 inches

The Pattern
Waistband (white)
Ch 80. Join to work in the round.
Rounds 1–4: Ch 1, SC in each stitch around, join. (80 SC)
Round 5 (drawstring holes): Ch 1, *SC in the next 3 stitches, Ch 1, skip 1 stitch,* repeat around, join.
Rounds 6–8: Ch 1, SC in each stitch around (working SC into the Ch-1 spaces), join. (80 SC)
Cow Print Body
Rounds 9–30 (spots): Work in SC, carrying the black yarn along. Create organic spots by switching to black for 3–8 stitch clusters at random intervals, varying the size and placement each round. The spots should be irregular — real cow spots aren’t uniform!
A simple approach: *White for 5–10 stitches, black for 4–6 stitches,* varying the counts randomly each round. Offset the spots each round so they don’t stack.
Leg Divide
Round 31: Ch 1, SC in the next 40, skip to the opposite side and join (two leg openings of 40 stitches each).
Each Leg
Rounds 1–20: Continue the cow print pattern in SC around 40 stitches.
Cuff: Change to black.
Rounds 21–25: *SC in the next stitch, working in the back loop only,* for a ribbed effect. (40 SC) Fasten off.
Thread the drawstring through Round 5. Weave in all ends.
Sophie’s Tips
- Random is the goal — if your spots look too regular, vary them more.
- Carry the black yarn loosely; tight floats will pucker the fabric.
- These in brown and white are equally adorable for a different cow.
Moo-velous loungewear — the funnest joggers ever!
