The Pattern
Tote Body
With dusty rose, Ch 50.
Row 1: SC in the 2nd chain from the hook and in each chain across, Ch 1, turn. (49 SC)
Rows 2–34: SC in each stitch across, Ch 1, turn. (49 SC)
Fold in half and slip stitch the side seams. Turn right-side out.
Kitty Ears
With dusty rose, Ch 10.
Row 1: SC in each chain.
Rows 2–5: Decrease at each end. Fasten off. Make 2. Sew to the top.
Kitty Face
With cream, make 2 muzzle circles (12 SC, then 24 SC). Sew to the front. Sew on button eyes. With dark brown, embroider nose, mouth, and whiskers.
Handles (make 2)
With dusty rose, Ch 60. SC in each chain. Sew to the top.
